Ingredients (1 serving)


Yinghok Stir Fried Sauce: 150-200g
Green cabbage: 1 head
Green onions: 1 stalk
Garlic: 3 cloves
Dried chili peppers: 3-4 pieces
Cooking oil: an appropriate amount

Instructions


1.Cut off the root of the green cabbage and tear it into pieces. Soak in light salt water for 5 minutes, then rinse well.

2.Slice green onions and garlic. Cut dried chili peppers into sections.

3.Heat cooking oil in a pan, sauté the sliced green onions, garlic, and dried chili sections until fragrant. Add the cabbage over high heat and stir-fry until tender. Pour in sauce (use a 3:1 ratio of sauce to these ingredients, adjust to taste if needed) and stir-fry until well combined. Serve immediately.
