In case of quality issues within the shelf life, does the company provide compensation?

If leakage occurs within the shelf life or the product deteriorates when unopened, please promptly provide photos or videos. After verification, our company will arrange the delivery of new supplementary products as soon as possible, and the deteriorated products do not need to be returned.

If damaged products are received, how to handle returns and exchanges?

We can deliver goods to the designated warehouse of the client's agent within China. For orders with a total quantity of less than 100 cartons regardless of product specifications, the client shall bear the freight from our factory to the client-designated agent warehouse. If the total order quantity exceeds 100 cartons, our company will cover the domestic freight from the factory to the designated warehouse. Any fees for special packaging reinforcement or unloading costs shall be borne by the client.

Which logistics methods are supported?

For formal orders, we provide FOB prices, so the transportation method is selected by the client. Since sauces are usually heavy, most clients choose sea transportation.
