What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for bulk purchases?
Our MOQ is flexible and varies by product. It typically starts at 25-50 cartons (or equivalent weight, e.g., 200-300kg) for standard flavors, with lower requirements for long-term partners. Custom formulas may have higher MOQs.
Are samples charged? What is the general sample size and quantity?
Samples are free of charge. The specifications of free samples include 20g plastic bags, 120ml plastic bottles, 230ml plastic bottles, 500ml plastic bottles, and 1-liter plastic bottles, all affixed with black-and-white neutral labels. The specific quantity will be determined through negotiation with clients.
What relevant qualifications and certifications do your products have?
Our products have obtained certifications such as FDA, HALAL, HACCP and BRC. The certification process for KOSHER is currently in progress.
