Description
Japanese-Style Sukiyaki Sauce for Restaurants, Foodservice, Retail & Private Label
Yinghok Sukiyaki Sauce is a concentrated Japanese-style seasoning developed for sukiyaki and other simmered hot pot dishes.
The current formulation combines soy sauce, sugar, kelp, beef bone extract and selected seasonings to create a balanced sweet-savory and umami-rich flavor. When diluted with water, it provides a convenient seasoning base for beef, tofu, mushrooms, vegetables and other sukiyaki ingredients.
Designed for commercial kitchens and retail applications, the sauce is suitable for Japanese restaurants, foodservice distributors, central kitchens, food manufacturers and private label brands. It has strict quality control, having passed multiple certifications (FDA,BRCGS, HALAL,etc) and being guaranteed by an advanced production line in terms of quality.
To cater to the diverse requirements of our global clientele, we provide two product versions: our classic standard Sukiyaki Sauce, and dedicated Halal-certified Sukiyaki Sauce to support your halal-compliant menu offerings.
